January Winter Open (Singles Stableford) 2019 Rules

Individual Stableford for both Men and Ladies. Full Handicap. CONGU Appendix O will be applied to facilitate the mixed gender event in which competitors play from different sets of tees.
This competition will be a Qualifier should Qualifying conditions prevail but our current greens maintenance programme is likely to preclude this.
