Visitors Information

Please note, due to the current England Golf requirement that golfers must have a booking in order to play golf, we are currently operating a booking system every day of the week. Aside from the specific references below to Tuesdays and Thursdays, all other information below is correct as of June 2021. 

Visitors are very welcome at Bristol & Clifton. Our championship course is available to visitors on weekdays and in the afternoon at weekends, subject to reservations for competitions, matches and other bookings. Bookings can be made up to four days in advance of play.

The club has a number of buggies for hire. Buggies can be reserved and paid for when making a tee booking. They are available at £16.00/round for members and £26.00/round for non-members.


The diary below indicates when the course has commitments to help you in determining course availability. If you wish to play on a Tuesday or a Thursday then you can book and reserve your place directly on our tee booking system by clicking "Book a Tee Time" below.


To play on other days, please please call our Professional Shop on 01225 393474 and they will advise accordingly.

Should you just wish to practice, for just £10.00 you can make use of our large practice area, chipping area and putting green.

Ticket booking: Ladies' Captain Charity Lunch 12th October

Ladies' Captain Charity Day Lunch post Shotgun competition (eating around 1.30pm/2pm) 

To book your ticket please click on the blue "Ticket Booking" button in the top left hand corner of this page then "Book Tickets" on the subsequent page.

Tickets are £17: Rolled tenderloin of pork, stuffed with mushrooms and apples, gratin dauphinois, sauteed green beans and buttered carrots.

Alternatively, the veggie option is: Roasted butternut squash provencale, new potatoes, sauteed green beans, marsala gravy.

Dessert: lemon tart with cream, followed by tea/coffee.

Please add any dietary requirements into the 'notes' section when booking your ticket.
